The company Usine23 is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Troyes, you have the name of the founder, the physical address of the site, and its registration number with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry!
This matches the terms and conditions indicated on their site (therefore correct)!

I bought a pair of leather boots, I registered at the beginning of the week.
