      Indeed, the manager's phone number is incorrect... But can a person file a complaint for receiving anonymous texts without threats or violence? Can the case go further, like a conviction, a warning, or fines? Thank you.

    A flood of text messages, even if empty or trivial, can be considered harassment. Obviously, this does not mean a text every 10 days. If it's 10 a day, it's worth getting upset over....
