Hello,
"Please, please, it's urgent!!" won't make your question any more likely to get a response, and sometimes it might even have the opposite effect. You are on a community forum, not on the app's support channel; we are volunteers, not machines.
How to contact her? By phone? If so, she probably won't answer.
If it's not a message, then no. Either she won't read the message and it won't be marked as "seen" or she won't have even received it because she isn't connected to the internet.
