PES 2013 game issues

Hello,
I just received the PES 2013 game for PC this morning, perfect installation, but as soon as I launch the game, here is the message that appears:
"Attention
Your computer does not meet the minimum required configuration to run this software.
Therefore, errors may occur.
The video card does not meet the minimum required configuration (GPU: VRAM 128MB)"
I then went to "Settings" and when I clicked on specifications, here is the error message I see:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error....
Program: c:\progr...
R6002
-floating point support not loaded
I have a laptop with Windows 8.1, an Intel Core i7 processor with an AMD R7 M260 graphics card.
