j'ai pc portable packard bell win 8 à l'ouverture un écran bleu avec ceci:
"Your PC needs to be repaired
The Boot Configuration Data file si missing some required information
File: \BCD
Error code: 0xc00000d
You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have a y installation media (like à disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer.
Press Esc for UEFI Firmaware Settings"
que faire je n'ai accès à aucune configuration la touche F8 ne fonctionne pas, j'accède seulement à la touche F2
quelqu'un peut-il m'aider s.v.p.
