How much Internet is 7 GB?

I bought an iPhone 5c with a plan of 54 euros, I would like to know how many hours of Internet I roughly have with 7GB.

      As for the question, it largely depends on what you will be doing on the internet with your phone.
      If you're doing a heavy download, you will have less internet than if you were just using it to view pages without video or sound.

    It depends on the bandwidth, but with 8Mb/s, or 1MB/s, that's using the connection to its fullest:
    7000s, or just under 2 hours.
