Good evening,
Every 10 minutes or so, Avast tells me that I have a virus, specifically
Evo-gen, and asks me to close and restart the PC for a full scan.
I have done this
but after each scan it keeps telling me basically the same thing
On the other hand, I can't load ZHPDIAG to submit a diagnostic
can you help me get rid of this virus

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 34.0
