Hello,
I reinstalled Windows 7 64-bit instead of Windows 8 on my new Packard Bell EN LG71BM laptop.
Since then, I have a problem with some drivers, particularly the USB output drivers.
What should I do, please?

Hello,
For this model, there are drivers only for Windows 8.1 64-bit.
Can we try to find some for Windows 7?
Go to Start
In the Search bar
Type: devmgmt.msc and hit OK.
If there are any alerts, such as question marks, etc...
Provide the hardware IDs.
