Hello,

my remote control is no longer working and Conforama (where I bought it) has been unable to provide me with a programmed universal remote control for this television for 2 months now. Where can I buy this remote control myself and where can I find the codes?

Hello

Have you looked on a site like eBay? Because I typed in "Saba remote" and a lot of options came up, but since I don't know what yours looks like, I can't say if there's one that matches your TV.

Yes, I looked on eBay and there is one that looks like mine, but even if I buy it, it won't have the same code as my TV and it won't work. Conforama had initially lent me a remote control identical to mine and it didn't work because the codes were different. They got in touch with the manufacturer who was supposed to send a universal remote programmed with my TV set (I even provided all the numbers that were on the back of the set), but nothing for the past 2 months despite my regular presence at customer service;

Hello  Look on this website Telecommande Express for the brands of universal remote controls and once purchased, you will just need to find the code to enter to operate your Saba TV. That said, I think the Saba remote control you had should have been able to operate your television.  Ritchi

Hello,

Once you've purchased your universal remote (let’s say a Philips), go back to the website and click on the Philips logo. You will then be asked to click on the exact model of the remote (let’s say the SRU9400, which is the first one on the list). You will then be asked what brand of device you wish to control, and you will respond Saba.
You will then see this:

After that, I don't know what to do: do I have to test all the codes one by one to find the right one?
