Remove background color from text copied from the internet

Hello,

I copied text from a web page into a Word document where a gray background appears. I tried to remove it in the "Home" tab by removing the text highlighting and the background, but it doesn't change anything... I searched the forums but without success. I know it's possible to copy the text to Notepad and then repeat the operation in Word to remove this kind of artifact, but I would like to solve the problem directly in Word.

Hello

Through a "special" copy/paste in Word, it should be possible to only copy the value or something like that.
