Reactivate my Viber account

Please, I can no longer reactivate my Viber account since I changed my phone. Each time I try, I'm asked to wait for a code to be sent to me by message or call, but to no avail.

    It's normal if you don't give out your correct number or if you're not in a network coverage area.
