Hello everyone,
On my Phillips TV, logically the TV turns on by itself and then it switches to SCART; I get a message that says "service not available" which could tell me why I get this message, knowing that I have a player/recorder plugged into this device.
I should note that when I unplug the SCART connector, the TV starts up normally.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 29.0
