How to reactivate an IMVU account

Hello, my IMVU account was disabled without my knowledge, and is it possible to reactivate it? Thank you in advance. :)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 32.0.1700.76

Contact IMVU through the help section by submitting a ticket (at the bottom of the IMVU webpage, help in small text, then 'get support') and ask if it is possible to reactivate your account and if not, why. You must speak in English and select the correct categories. You will receive a response fairly quickly.
