bonjours j'ai un pblm avec mon windows

il me marque tt le tps

update.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément encouru.

bonjour,

on veut bien t'aider,
à toi d'en faire autant:
je t'avais posé une question au post <1> et une autre au post <4> et j'attends toujours les réponses.
pour Ad-fix c'est bon tu peux le supprimer de ta machine.

>> cherches et supprimes ce fichier (en gras):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\MYDLL.dll

pour Navifix ce n'est pas bon: ou il s'est arrêté avant de finir ou la copie du rapport n'est pas complète cherche ce rapport qui est ous le nom de "fixnavi.txt" si tu le trouves vérifies qu'il est complet et sélectionnes tout le contenu pour le copier et coller ici
si tu ne le retrouves pas refais la manip et postes le nouveau rapport complet
