Bonsoir,

Ouvre Hijackthis et clique sur "Do a system scan only" et coche ces lignes :

C:\Program Files\MessengerSkinner\MessengerSkinner.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [messengerskinner] C:\Program Files\MessengerSkinner\MessengerSkinner.exe

Et quand tu as coché ces lignes, clique sur "Fix Checked"

Ensuite désinstalle messenger skinner (vecteur d'infection)
Puis supprime ce fichier :

C:\Program Files\MessengerSkinner
Si tu n'y arrives pas, dis-le moi.

Prends connaissance du contenu le lien suivant:

Tu as donc pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d'utilisations du programme blacklight qui est inclus dans le dossier compressé navilog1.zip que tu vas télécharger.

Maintenant fais un clic droit sur ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/navilog1.zip

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"

Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.bat

Laisses-toi guider.

Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.

(Ne fais pas le choix 2 sans notre avis/accord)

Patientes jusqu'au message :

*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***

Appuies sur une touche comme demandé, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

Copies-colles l'intégralité dans une réponse.

Refermes le bloc note.

Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

j'ai de nouveau le meme probleme de pc infecter(je pense)
car les pages sont trés lent a ouvrir et semble travailler meme quand aucune applicaton n'est ouverte
j'ai fait tout les analyse posible
mais rien detecter
pourrait tu mlaider
je trouve que tu ty connais tres bien dans se domaine

Pour désinstaller messengerskinenr il faut que tu suives les manips suivantes :

Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Ajout/Suppression de programmes > Tu cherches le programme 'messenger skinner' > Et tu clique sur Supprimer.

Ensuite tu continue les manips.

As-tu désinstaller messenger skinner ? Et supprimer ce fichier : ?

C:\Program Files\MessengerSkinner

Ouvre Hijackthis et clique sur "Do a system scan only" et coche ces lignes :

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [klhcrjg] c:\windows\system32\klhcrjg.exe klhcrjg

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [messengerskinner] C:\Program Files\MessengerSkinner\MessengerSkinner.exe

Puis quand tu as coché ces lignes, clique sur "Fix Checked"

Puis ouvre navilog.bat et choisis l'option 2.

Redélarre normalement et poste le navilog + un nouveau log Hijackthis.

AVG anti spyware
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/

(n'oublie pas de le mettre a jour avant de lancer le scan)

Relance AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet "Analyse"
Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"

/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "

Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le raport ici

Rien de grave puisque c'est dans la restauration ;)

¤Désactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis,
propriété, tu cliques sur onglet restauration système
tu coches la case « désactiver la restauration » et applique.

Redémarre ton ordinateur
Puis,

¤Réactive ta restauration système (uniquement si tu es sous XP):
Clic droit sur poste de travail puis,

je trouve qu il n'est pras trés efficace vue les probleme de virus survenu
tu me conseillerait de le changer tout de suite pour un autre antivirus
comme avast

j'ai suivi tes peripéties

pour changer d'antivirus, tu peux telecharger un de ces trois la:

avast
avg
active virus shield

une fois telechargé, desinstalle norton avant d'installer l'antivirus que tu auras choisi
si tu galeres avec la desinstall de norton, va voir sur le site de symantec, il y a un outil special pour virer definitivement norton

perso, moi je tourne avec active virus shield depuis 3 mois et je ne m'en plaiins vraiment pas!

salut ,
mon pc est devenu très lent. j ai téléchargé ccleaner , ad aware , spyboot,AVG Anti-Spyware et avast edition familliale et rien n'y fait.
j ai tout scané mais je ne comprends pas ce qui cloche. la connexion part et revient mais mon modem fonctionne normalement.et pour regarder des films en streaming c est des heures d'attentes..c est peut etre dans les configurations internet que ca ne va pas enfin j' éspère que tu pourras m'aider ce serait très sympa pc.

Prends connaissance du contenu le lien suivant:

Tu as donc pris connaissance et accepté les conditions d'utilisations du programme blacklight qui est inclus dans le dossier compressé navilog1.zip que tu vas télécharger.

Fais un clic droit sur ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.zip
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Fais un clic droit sur navilog1.zip et choisis "tout extraire"
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double-clique sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau).

Laisse-toi guider. Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valides.
(ne fais pas le choix 2,3 ou 4 sans notre avis/accord)

Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans une réponse. Referme le blocnote.
Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé à la racine du disque (fixnavi.txt)

Fais un scan complet AVG A-S et poste moi-le (ATTENTION SUPPRIME BIEN CE QU'IL DETECTE A LA FIN !)

Bonjour,
Je n'ai pas de pc lent mais je ne peux rester 1 heure dessus si il ne plante pas qque chose au bout d'un moment. Je pense que je suis infecté.
G déjà réinstallé plusieurs fois et les virus sont tjrs là. G installé NOD32 7.0 (un AV)qui m'en a supprimé qques uns mais encore g des bug inexpliqués. G l'impression que ces virus sont sur le disk et qu'ils ne partent pas au formatage (pour l'installation de XP).
Je désespère.G pas envie de changé de DD.
