Hello,
I don't know if this issue has been raised before, but I haven't been able to find a similar case (maybe I haven't searched in the right place?)
In any case, here is my problem: When I want to create a PDF file with Acrobat Pro 6.0 via File/Create PDF/From Scanner, I can't find my scanner. However, when I start a print job, my printer is indeed among the installed printers.
It's a multifunction printer installed on the network (Lexmark X463de PS3) that I have set as the default printer.
Could someone help me??
Thank you for your assistance.

Look at the CD book with the device.. You need a scanner management program that will install the Twain driver.
It seems to me that for the installation, it is easier to do it when the scanner is connected via USB than over a LAN network.. unless on the CD you have a network device detection tool (as is the case with Epson products)
