Problème windows avec WMIDIAG

Bonjour,

Je suis sur windows XP et j'ai un petit soucis. Peut être quelqu'un de plus calé que moi pourra m'aider.
Lorsque je veux lancer un jeu (left for dead 2 en l'occurrence), il met un message d'erreur
"left4dead2.exe a rencontré un problème et doit fermer. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément encouru."

Bon alors je creuse un peu, signature de l'erreur "AppName: left4dead2.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: shaderapidx9.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00036606"

Je ne comprend pas trop mais bon. Je fais un WMIDIAG (car j'ai lu sur certains forum que ça pouvais donner des infos) et j'obtiens ça
