Question

Bonjour, 
C'est la 2e fois qu'un écran bleu apparait et suis obligée d'éteindre mon ordinateur avec l'interrupteur. Je ne sais pas comment interpréter le message, n'y connaissant rien du tout en informatique...
Pouvez vous m'indiquer la démarche à suivre ?

Alors ceci est un Blue Screen

Il se manifeste lors d'une erreur logicielle ou matérielle :

- Regarde si tous tes périphérique sont a jours et marches correctement 

- Lance une analyse de virus, ont sait jamais (adwcleaner, malwarbyte, roguekiller ...), un virus peut causé un Blue Screen.

- Examine quand les Blues Screens se manifestent

Examine tous sa pour que j'y voit plus clair.
