    download Internet Explorer 8 or a newer version of your browser

    Otherwise, Incredimal is not a website but a software.
    If you have it, uninstall it, reinstall it, and reconfigure it.
    The address book should be saved in your webmail (type https://www.ecosia.org/ the name that follows the at sign ( @ ) of your email address, click on the first link, sign in, and you will find your contacts).
