Reset on CASIO GRAPH 35+

Good evening, I have a big problem with my CASIO GRAPH +35 calculator, because when looking at the results of any sequence, I get completely erroneous results... (compared to all the CASIO calculators in the class...)

I would like to reset all the settings of the calculator, (no matter if I lose the programs I have made until now)

How can I do this? Thank you :)

    Hi,
    I have a 25+ too, but maybe it's the same process:
    in the menu choose system -> reset (F5) -> delete config data (F1) and main memory (F2) if it doesn't work.

    Let me know if it works :)
