SD card not recognized by Storio 2

Hello,
As you gathered from the title, my SD card is not recognized by the Storio 2 tablet despite several attempts:
- Tablet update
- Tried with 2 different SD cards
- FAT32 formatting of both cards
The cards are recognized alone by the PC but nothing on the tablet or via Explora Park.
Is there a preliminary step to take?
I can't find anything on the net about this... (or nothing that’s resolved)

Regarding the Storio 2, not all SD cards are compatible...
