Hello,
I have dates in an Excel spreadsheet
I need to put them in Word letters
I call the field
I switch to field code
I insert my function { MERGEFIELD date \@ "dd MMMM yyyy" }
And it doesn't work!
I get a result of 41421 instead of February 22, 2013 for example
Thank you for your help

Well, aside from the fact that 41421 corresponds to May 27 and not February 22, I don't see what's wrong with your formula.
Can you send us an excerpt of the Word file with just the line where your expression appears, and confirm that in the Excel file the field name is indeed DATE?
