Error 01 with an Alpine 5952z charger

Hello, I have an Alpine 5952z CD changer that has been showing error 01 when I try to play a CD. When I connect the changer, I don't hear any noise, but I have another changer that works perfectly and makes noise when I connect it. The problem is that I have CDs inside and I can't retrieve them, and since this changer hasn't had a lot of hours on it, it would hurt me a bit to part with it.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 23.0

    Did you look at what error 01 means?

    Problem solved, I moved the arm that ejects the CDs to bring it to the reading lens and manually removed the tray, then I plugged the charger back in and it initialized by itself and it's working again.
