    Hi,

There was indeed a time when you went behind the car radio to connect your RCA?

Otherwise, try anything that works on 12 volts. (I'm not sure, but I think it's 12v; I might be talking nonsense).
Try the ceiling light, the glove compartment light, or the trunk light. But you'll need to find a way to keep it on all the time.

I would like to know why you can’t remove the car radio.

If it's because you don’t have the tools to remove the car radio, you can go to a sound shop; they’ll do it for you right away. HifiCar, Acoustic Pro ...

On recent cars there is no RCA, the idea of reusing the speaker wires to transmit an RCA signal seems good to me (tap into the rear speakers).

As for the remote, it's going to be complicated.

Otherwise, you can tap into the +12 of something (glove box light or trunk light).

And you can add a switch.
