HELP ecran bleu au demarrage que faire???

Bonjour, ma belle soeur m'a donné son ordinateur pour que j'essaye de le réparer,
voici le soucis hier je l'ai allumer, nikel j'ai pu me connecter a internet .
J'ai vu que beaucoup de logiciels sont installer et quand j'ai commencer a virer ce qui me semblait inutile, il a planter et depuis quand je l'allume sa me mets un ecran bleu ou il y a marquer:

qu'est ce que je dois faire j'ai essayer de restaurer le systeme ça n'a pas marcher et je ne m'y coté pas vraiment, merci d'avance a ceux qui m'apporteront une réponse ;)
