Excel Printing Layout Issue

Hello,

I can't manage to print an Excel table correctly.
I've tried everything in the page layout: fit to one page, select the print area, insert/remove page breaks, etc., but the problem remains the same: this table, which should fit on 20 pages, is printing on over 80 pages, fragmented.
I can't manage to fit the 4 columns it contains in landscape format. The more I reduce the page layout to X% of the normal size, the more the table prints on an endless number of pages (Excel's latest suggestion: 2020 pages!!).
If I adjust to 400% of the normal size, the table reduces slightly. Conversely, if I adjust to 10%, then the table prints on hundreds of pages.

I've already printed this same table correctly. So I know it's possible, but I can't seem to perform the same operation anymore.

Can anyone help me?

P.S.: My version of Excel is Microsoft Excel 97-2003 (.xls)

Thanks a million in advance for your responses!

Hello,

First, we need to make sure there is no other data lingering outside the table.

Click on the first empty column after your table.
Once the column is highlighted, press Ctrl + SHIFT (key above Ctrl + Right Arrow)

All columns outside the table are now highlighted.

Right-click on one of the column headers and select Delete

Then select the first empty row after your table.

Press Ctrl + SHIFT + Down Arrow

All rows above your table are selected.

Right-click and then Delete

Then go to print options and in the scaling section, set it back to 100%

Click below and put 1 in the first field and 100 in the second.

That should work.
