Gravure cd impossible & possible dvd ^^

Bonjour à tous,
voilà il m'arrive un truc un peu dingue :
j'ai un graveur benq w 1650 acheté il ya quelque mois tout marchait bien et avant hier!! :

je peux graver les dvd... mais pas les CD(il ne les reconnait pas et j'ai changé de marque!) , ni les cd RW (là il commence le gravage puis gravure échoué!)...

je suis allée sur le site de benq et mis à jour le firmware : niet rien n'a changé

Quelqu'un peu m'aider je craaaaque!

    fais démarrer - exécuter - tape devmgmt.msc puis OK

    dans lecteur CDROM sélectionne ton Benq - clic droit désinstaller

    puis redémarre ton PC...

      + essayé de graver avec l'assistant windows
      +nettoyé la lentille
      +ecouté un cd audio : ca marche

      il grave toujours pas les cd et cd rw

      dans le dossier Windows/System32/Drivers

      renomme ces deux fichiers :

      CDRALW2K.SYS ==> CDRALW2K.OLD

      XHELP20.SYS ==> XHELP20.OLD

    Bonsoir,

    c'est fait je grave et devinez d'où celà venait?
    certainement de nero express "donné " avec le graveur!!

    Après avoir eu un mal de chien pour le désinstaller un copin m'installé une autre version de nero express 6 que la mienne et déviné ca m"arrrrrrrrrrrrrrche!!
    Bon avant bien sur démontage du graveur et test sur un autre ordi... et là il fonctionnait d'où l'orientatation sur nero...
    ce que je ne m'explqie pas c'est que j'ai esssayè avec un autre logicile de gravure et que celà ce plantait quand même...

    sinon ouf!!
    en tout cas merci Orci1 pour ton aide
    et à ce forum d'exister car je m'en serre très souvent pour me dépanner
