Hello everyone. I have a problem when I connect to Facebook. I can't see my friends' photos, my own, or videos. I must have made a wrong adjustment and I can't solve the issue. If someone could help me. Thank you.

  Hello. Thank you for your response, but nothing works. I have fully cleared the cache from the beginning as well as the cookies. But no change. Still no photos. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't find an answer on the internet. I remember that before this happened, I right-clicked on an image. And that's when I no longer had photos.

I doubt that the right-click on a Facebook page has anything to do with it since there are no specific options on Facebook.

What is your browser?

  In fact, I think I accidentally subscribed to an event and while trying to delete it, I went to the photo of that event and then right-clicked, I believe, and then I wanted to delete it, but unfortunately all the photos were removed. My browser is Google Chrome.

I don't have Chrome on this machine (at least not this one) but an easy test to locate the problem is to use Internet Explorer, which is on your PC, just to compare.
If that doesn't work either, it's likely that it's your PC, or maybe your account (though I highly doubt it).
However, if IE works, we'll already be certain that it's your browser.

  Of course not, just because a browser isn't working (meaning it's temporarily bugging out) doesn't mean you should change it.
  
  What I advise you is rather to keep it simple:
  1) uninstall Chrome
  2) run a quick cleanup with CCleaner (free) (especially the registry, leaving the default settings)
  3) restart your machine.
  4) Reinstall Chrome
  
  It will take 15 minutes and there's a very good chance it will solve your problem.
