Bonjour,
Mon ordinateur ne lit plus les CD-ROM/DVD depuis un certain temps. J'ai essayé plusieurs technique ; desinstaller mon lecteur, un lien "DisparitionCD" mais rien ne fonctionne. J'ai vu d'autre technique mais je n'y comprend rien (genre les drivers et tout ça..)
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'expliquer comment réparer cette panne ou si je dois l'envoyer direct en réparation ?
Mon ordinateur à environ 2 ans et c'est un Toshiba Satellite.

Il va falloir que tu ailles dans ton gestionnaire de périphériques, rubrique Lecteurs de CD/DVD pour voir si ton lecteur est bien présent.
Ton problème de lecture t'arrive t il avec les disques gravés, les disques pressés ou tous ?

Bouton Démarrer, puis clic-droit sur Ordinateur et choisir Gérer
dans la fenêtre, Gestion de l'ordinateur, choisir Gestionnaire de périphériques

Ce probleme m'arrive seulement avec les CD-ROM et les DVD, par contre pour les CD (musique) mon lecteur fonctionne. Pour le reste je en sais pas je n'ai que ça sous la main !
Oui je vois ce qu'est le Gestionnaire de périphériques. J'y suis et j'ai deux lecteur d'afficher :
- "Lecteur de disque"
- "Lecteur de DVD/CD-ROM"
- "Lecteur de disque"
- "Lecteur de DVD/CD-ROM"
Donc ton lecteur est reconnu puisqu'il lit les CD-Audio.
Quand tu parles de CD (musique) il s'agit de disques originaux ?

Il faut savoir qu'un disque gravé a une durée de vie moyenne de 2 ans, la moindre rayure peut le rendre illisible

Oui ce sont les disques originaux, de même pour les CD-ROM et les DVD.
Et je ne crois pas avoir quoi que ce soit pour graver un CD sur mon ordinateur ^^

il y a en téléchargement sur CCM, un petit logiciel gratuit fort pratique, CPU-Z
Télécharge le en cliquant sur mon lien (en bleu), installes-le

l'onglet About est dans le logiciel CPU-Z
tu peux certainement avoir la référence exacte de ton portable soit lorsque tu le démarre, soit dans le Bios tu as une page qui récapitule le numero de série, le modèle....
Tu peux aussi te rendre sur le centre de support du site Toshiba et faire une detection automatique de ton système
