Disappearance of toolbars in Open Office Writer

Hello,
I've had Open Office for several years and I've never had this problem until now. I've already searched for solutions online, but I can't find any.
When I opened Open Office one day, I no longer had any toolbars. They are minimized, meaning I only have a little arrow, and when I click on it, everything is grayed out. So I closed them to reopen them. But they're nowhere to be found. I've already tried going to View/Toolbars/Customize. The "classic" toolbars (with font size, paragraph alignment, etc.) are not there.
So I uninstalled Open Office (not without difficulty) and reinstalled it. I then had the toolbars again. Today, when I reopened Open Office Writer, I no longer have any toolbars.

I would really like to understand why this is happening and how to get my toolbars back.
Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 19.0

    Hello Forum

Ctrl + Shift + J displays the document in full screen without a toolbar.

Press [ESC] to return to normal view.

Thank you, I now have my reduced bars again, which means I have the 5 little dots aligned vertically and the small arrow next to it. However, I still don't have access to my toolbars, I don't understand. I can't see all the icons that are supposed to be there =<
