Hello,

I am using Windows 7 and I have a Toshiba Satellite C850D-106. The DVD drive driver displays an error message in the device manager and I do not see any drive in my computer... I cannot read any CDs or DVDs... Can you please help me by providing a link where I can download this driver?

    Hi,

    Download the file DisparitionCD to your Desktop.
    Right-click on the downloaded file and choose Install.
    Restart the PC.
