Excel is not executing formulas anymore.

Hello,
On part of an Excel sheet, the formulas simply display without calculating:
Automatic calculation option -> OK (but the problem persists)
Iterative calculation enabled -> OK (but the problem persists)
Test on a new sheet in the same workbook -> it works
Test on a raw portion (without formatting) of the problematic sheet -> it works
Test with xsl or xlsx format -> same problem
Cell format set to number -> NOK the problem persists.
Test with simple formulas (sum) -> NOK does not work
No protection or sharing enabled on this sheet
I'm wondering if the issue comes from the formatting. The formatting of the said cells is limited to borders and a background color.
Because when I enter a number, it specifies to "convert text to number" (green triangle in the top left of the cell) but even doing that, the formula does not execute.
In short, I'm out of ideas.

Hello,
This looks like a sheet where all the cells are in text format.
In that case, select all the cells (by clicking the box in the top left corner of the sheet) and change the format of all the cells to standard format.
Then go to each cell where there is a formula and revalidate the formula.

After converting everything to standard, it works again.

I have exactly the same problem and no matter how much I change the format, it doesn't solve anything!
I hope someone can help me...
