I know that Mb means megabits or in French méga-octets.

But concretely, what does that mean? For example, on Orange:

ne pas confondre Mb (Megabits) et MB (Megabytes .. soit Méga Octets en français) 200Mb c'est 200 Megabits soit 200/8 Megabytes (Octets)

Mbits/s is a speed

Good evening, that means you can download up to 200 MB per second, which is very fast, it's actually the data download speed. For example, a 700 MB movie, you can download it in less than 3 seconds (that's what they say). In short, it's FAST :)
