Hello,

I have a problem; I can't install a driver for a Sony Ericsson K310 mobile phone. The error message is (you have to run the 64-bit version of dpinst.exe on this machine

    Hello,

    I imagine you must have the 64 bit version of Windows 7, and in order to install the driver, it also needs to be in 64 bit.

    I don't know where you got the driver you have, but it is a 32 bit version, so it's not suitable for your PC. You should have a 64 bit version available either on the CD that may have been provided with your laptop or on the Sony Ericsson website.
