Message "module not found: loadlibrary (pythondll) failed"

Hello,
Every time I start my computer, I get 2 error messages that I click OK to make them disappear:
The 1st: The specified module could not be found. LoadLibrary (pythondll) failed
The 2nd: C:/Program Files/Uniblue/SpeedUpMyPC/PYTHON27.DLL
What does this mean? What is the cause?
Jimmy had the same problem. I don’t know if Juju666 managed to solve it for him.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
