Hello,
I bought a Q.Média LCD TV WITH DVB-T after several attempts at automatic settings for American series in English on my other TV in French
the seller told me after my complaint that it was due to my antenna while both are connected to the same one, returned to customer service but not resolved, should I insist on a return to the factory?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    The seller is neither a technician nor an installer, but have you tried connecting this TV in place of the other one?
