Google Images: specify an image size Solved

Question

Hello,

My question might seem a bit silly, but here goes: how can you specify a precise image size in Google Images?

Before, we could specify an exact size (in the sidebar), but since the "update," it's impossible. I couldn't find anything even in the advanced search options. In "Image size," there's no longer the "Exactly" option.

Not great for finding wallpapers, for example^^

I've tried things like adding 'size:1920x1080' (without the quotes) but had no success...

Is it still possible to search for images with an exact size on Google? ...or not?

The image search function with a specific size still exists on Google.
You just need to go to the advanced image search and start a search by specifying "Large" for the "image size" parameter.

Once the search results are displayed, above the images, you will see a menu (Any date, All results, etc...)

In this menu, click on the arrow to the right of the searched size (in this example "Large") and in the dropdown list, you have the option "Exactly..." which allows you to enter the exact size.

No, it's impossible to search for an exact image size on Google Chrome, but you can choose the colors and size on the side, big or small!

Go to Research Tools > All Sizes and there you can choose according to your desires. :D

PS: Now that you mention it, it’s true it’s not there anymore. But we’ll have to wait a few weeks for Google to be updated.

Yes, you can search for an image with a specific size.

Do you want to search for an image that is 1920x1080?

Tyno: Yes, I know that you can request a small, medium, or large size, and even a "greater than" size... (they moved all that to the top and no longer on the left side by the way) but that doesn't satisfy me as options^^

Okay, so the search for a specific image size is really no longer possible then... Even by passing parameters (as I tried to do with my size:1920x1080, and as you can do to force the search only on a specific site with site:mysite.com for example)?

I just tested on Google.be and it's OK, there is a "search tools" tab and then all the sizes.

set the desired size on the image bar, it's simple:
example "nature 1366x768"
try this and let me know what you think
and then there is a function to display the size of each image by going to the search tools and then standard view, check display image sizes.

For a Laguna search with a resolution of 1600 by 1200 pixels, simply enter Laguna imagesize:1600x1200. This method worked on February 6, 2012.
