What is the P11 accelerometer?

Hello,
I have a problem with my computer. I downloaded and installed something, but when I look for this program in CCleaner to uninstall it, I can't find it. However, I came across Accelerometer P11 and I was wondering what that is, so I searched online but couldn't find what I was looking for! If anyone here has the answer to my question, that would be great, thanks in advance ;-). Also, the program I installed is of Russian origin; at least that's what its title indicates, which is written in Russian letters. Could that be why I can't find the entry for this program in CCleaner to uninstall it?
