Hello,

After formatting my PC and reinstalling Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3, the network controller and video controller (VGA compatible) drivers are missing, and I don't have the driver disk. Can you help me download them for free or send them to me? I've been struggling with this for a week and can't find a solution.
Thank you.
Best regards,
MARCUSIUS83

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hello,

In the Device Manager, right-click on "Network Controller", choose "Properties" then "Details".

Click on the drop-down menu, select "Hardware Ids".

    Post the information (example: PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_1026&SUBSYS_82261043&REV_B0).

Just copy the first line; that's enough.

Do the same for "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)".

Destrio5- I installed the drivers and miracle, it works again, after 3 weeks of not being able to fix it.

It's thanks to people like you who are not stingy with their knowledge that we can also progress.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Sincerely,

Good evening and thank you, but it's not working. How and where should I post the information? I can't find the driver and I don't have the installation disk. I'm completely lost.

    Best regards

Can you give me the exact model of your Packard Bell EasyNote?

    Look under the laptop.

For older models, the drivers are available here:
