Hello,
I use a laptop (Dell XPS 15z) that I connect to an external monitor to work on two screens.
My problem is that when using the laptop alone, some windows open outside of the screen, as if there were a second one.
I tried the different display modes by using the "Windows" + P command, but the problem persists.
Do you know a solution to this problem?
Thank you
Romain
Configuration: Windows 7

Good evening,
One might have expected that 'windows' + p would be more efficient...
In the meantime: remember to bring your windows back to the first screen before leaving.
And if you forgot:
- alt+tab to select the hidden window
- alt+space (activate the window menu) followed by l (the l of move)
- bring it back with the arrow keys or the mouse.

Never will you respond to an unsolicited pm...
Well, that's done.
