Thanks for your advice
But the HD doesn't appear in the boot menu, there are the USB ports and the others, I can't tell you what they are, there are 7 in total!!!
Thanks anyway for helping me!!!!

Hi friends
I can assure you 80% that your HDD is dead, meaning out of service.

I have the same problem as you since Tuesday and I don't know what to do
As soon as my PC turns on, it restarts already :-(
I thought it was a virus but having analyzed my files, that's not it
I called the person who sold me the laptop, I'll see what he says
bye

slt a tous

it's the hard drive that's dead

No, it's not the disk because even when removing it, the same message appears.

I confirm that it's your hard drive that is dead; removing it doesn't change anything because it is dead. Replace it.

For me, my problem is when I turn on my PC, I see several messages:
1 Remove the disks and press any key to restart (there is no disk to remove)
2 After pressing a key, a message will display
Boot failure
Reboot and select proper boot device
Or insert boot media in selected boot device
Press any key when ready

Thank you for helping me

Good evening, I simply unscrewed my biggest panel at the back of the PC and it was unplugged. I then plugged it back in and now everything is working!

Hello, my PC won't turn on under any settings, I saw the indication cable Check failure so I wanted to follow the D'anentropik procedure but in my Boot I have 2 HDD and no PXE or LAN.

I'll tell you what I have and in what order:

1 IDE HDD Samsung
2 USB CD Rom
3 USB key
4 USB HDD
5 IDE CD
6 USB FDC
7 PCI BEV Realtek Boot Agent
8. Nothing at all, empty line
Excluded from Boot order:
: USB ZIP
: USB LS120

What should I do? Thank you!!

I have all my work in it so I'm really anxious '-(

It's about chips that store information, but what exactly should I do?
Whatever mode I choose, the computer goes through the window, no blue hat, then 1/4 of a second on the blue death error screen and returns to the screen with the different modes.... And always the clicking in the hard drive...

Hello

What a hassle

I have the same problem too!!

My hard drive must be dead because it doesn't start via USB on my main computer

But with another functioning hard drive, I still get the same message

Unable to boot with the CD-ROM, it doesn't start

The failure happened suddenly, so... it's serious, this laptop is only 15 months old

Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks

Best regards
