Ouverture de Windows 7 en profil provisoire

Bonjour,

Le problème :
Depuis 2 jours, quand je démarre mon ordinateur (Windows 7), il m'ouvre en « profil provisoire » et je n'ai donc plus accès à ma session administrateur sur laquelle je travaille et où j'ai TOUS mes documents.

A côté de cela, Kasperky me signale une menace : PDMKeylogger. Peut-être une coïncidence mais c'est à l'heure du redémarrage que c'est systématiquement rapporté.

Ce que j'ai fait :
- J'ai redémarré l'ordi => rien
- J'ai désactivé Kasperky et redémarré l'ordi => rien
- Dans l'urgence, j'ai octroyé des droits administrateurs au profil utilisateur (ou profil provisoire, je suis perdue dans tout ça !) pour pouvoir accéder à C : (ce que je ne pouvais pas initialement). J'ai pu donc voir les fichiers de ma session « normale » et les sauver sur DVD au cas où.
- J'ai fait une analyse complète avec Kasperky => rien
- J'ai fait une analyse avec le logiciel Anti Malware. Il a détecté 10 menaces que j'ai supprimées. J'ai redémarré l'ordi => rien
