There's a fire at Adèle's place

I'm looking for the lyrics to an old song my mom used to sing to me. Here's what I remember:
One evening last week, all the sirens in my neighborhood started blaring
We said, what's happening, surely there's been a crash
Should we call the police or the firefighters
We looked everywhere, even in the sewers
When suddenly, a scream, a loud scream of terror echoed
There's a fire at Adèle's, everything's gone up in flames, her skirt, her garters are scorched
Her canary, her dear little loulou, and her gray cat are half roasted
And then, I can't remember the lyrics anymore.
No lyrics site has been able to find it. The title might be "There's a fire at Adèle's".

You didn't search well, the answer is in the first link on Google:

"A song "There's a fire at Adèle's" from 1934 with lyrics by Roger Vaysse and Maguelonne and music by Victor Alix"

See https://fr.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070322133054AAiOhee

You can even buy it on CD, performed by Emil Prud'homme, at Fnac:
