Operating System Installation Issues

Hello,
I received a PC today that I ordered and it was delivered without an OS.
I decided to install a version of Windows Arium, and during the installation, the loading bar gets stuck at 0% during the "extracting files" phase.
I then reinstall the operating system and have the same problem...
I decided to download a version of XP SP3 from the Microsoft website, which I try to install, and there I have the same problem: the file extraction remains at 0%.

I don't know what to do anymore...
Could you help me?

    There is no help on CCM regarding pirated versions of Windows, read this: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/2981-j-utilise-une-version-piratee-de-windows
    Buy a genuine Windows with its license key, and your problem will be solved.
