How to unlock my LG mobile phone

Hello,
help me!!! my Android LG GT540 was accidentally locked by my nephew: they ask me to unlock it with my google account... I created one on the net from my computer... I enter (username and password) but it still tells me username or password incorrect... then I tried resetting by pressing (volume up + home button + search button at the same time) but nothing works... please help me what should I do...

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 536.11

    go to the seller and ask that you be unlocked/manage it to be unlocked
