Difficulties connecting to yoox site!

Hello again,

I managed to find the solution to my problem.

When you're using Internet Explorer, you need to go to "Tools," then "Internet Options," and click on the "Privacy" tab, then click on "Advanced."

Once you're there, check the box "Override automatic cookie handling."

You'll see "First-party Cookies" and "Third-party Cookies," select "Block" for both.

Then clear your cookies, close and reopen a page, and it should be good.

There you go.

Gently butterfly, your PC doesn't exude cleanliness; the problem might come from there.

Do this cleaning: (to be done regularly)

¤ Download and install CCleaner (don't install the Yahoo toolbar)
---> CCleaner

In the left column click on "errors", check all the boxes, then click at the bottom on "search for errors." Once finished, click on "repair errors" and you will receive a message to back up your registry, say "yes," then repeat until it no longer finds errors. The backups you've made can be deleted if your computer has no more issues.

¤ Restart CCleaner, go to the "cleaner" tab on the left, uncheck the last box (Advanced if it's checked), then click on "start cleaning."

Hello,

I'm following up on the subject because I'm also facing a connection issue on the YOOX site.

I can navigate the site normally, but as soon as I want to view a specific product to get more details about it, I get the message "Server not found - Unable to display the page."

I contacted YOOX directly, informing them of my connection issues on their site, but they apparently have no solution to my problem.

I have therefore changed my internet browser, with the same result!

However, for other people, the site works perfectly fine!

Can you help me, as this issue has been persistent for a while?
