Hello everyone!
I'm on a blind quest (probably the last of the thieves), so I kill mercy, I pick up the eyes and the key, and BAM I'm told to talk to Karliah, Okokok, the problem? She keeps swimming around in the water é_è.
HELP ME PLS.

    Get completely out of the room.
    As long as you stay in the flooded room, they will remain stuck in the water.
    Once out of this room, Karliah will come to speak to you herself to give you one last quest.

      Small update to definitively solve the problem.
      Thanks to Lechikito, it led me on a track. Indeed, you have to wait for the room to fill up in order to exit through the hole in the ceiling. Not wanting to drown, we go as fast as possible and rush out while there's still a bit of rising water. It's minimal, of course, and even though we're going for a walk, the problem remains. We dive to talk to Kharlia, and still no breakthrough.

      In fact, once out of the water, you simply have to wait for the two rascals to decide to come out. So don't run too far away and wait near the water at its exit.

    Open the console (with the key ²) and type 
    setstage TG08B 100
