Windows qui redémarre seul HELP URGENT

Bonjour,

Je viens sur le forum car j'ai un gros problème avec mon
ordinateur portable:

il commence à buguer , affiche un écran bleu avec un texte en anglais et redémarre
ensuite il affiche une fenêtre expliquant le problème:
