Good evening,
in Inkscape, I would like to justify text perfectly to the left and right.
The text includes lots of little dots because it is meant for manual information entry after printing, and the dots are not aligned to the right, it's annoying me :S
It's something quite simple like what I'm trying to achieve:
Name : ..............
Age : ...............
Address : .........
Year : ............
And the lines of dots are not aligned to the right. It's not very noticeable, but it's still noticeable. I would like to find something to avoid that and make it perfectly aligned.
There you go... if anyone has an idea, that would be great!
Thank you very much! ;)

Hello,
For "justifying" to work, the text must be framed...
;-)
That said, I haven't been able to achieve a satisfactory result...
So, you can also manually adjust the letter spacing, possibly by adding a guide to serve as a reference... :

;-)
To change the letter spacing, position the cursor in a line of text:
- "Alt" + "<" decreases the spacing
- "Alt" + ">" increases the spacing.

By the way, my browser (browser as the cousins say :-) shifts the text when I read the SVG directly...

Good evening
If I understand the question correctly, you need to first outline the text frame http://ioj.com/v/b0fut

See you later

Hello,
this technique does not solve the problem at all.
Let's say that after "Name: " I go 15 spaces. If I make it 16, it goes to the next line.
Then, after "No." I have 20 spaces, and if I make it 21, it jumps as well.
Well, the 15th space of the first line is really not aligned with the 20th of the second line.
It will be clearer with an image: http://hfr-rehost.net/http://self/pic/ba520fefab17cd11910698d8e0c3e8639ee6367b.png
In your images too, they are not perfectly aligned if you look closely ... :/
