Bonjour,
Depuis quelque temps, mon ordi me refuse l'accès aux clés usb, carte sd et imprimante.
Quand je veux transférer des fichiers sur ces périphériques , il me dit " disque protégé en écriture". pourtant, ces clès et cartes sd fonctionnent sur d'autres ordis.
J'ai du faire une manip que je n'aurai pas du mais je ne vois pas quoi .
Il voit les imprimantes , mais "inactives".
Je comprends pas ...
Si quelqu'un voit d'où peut venir le problème ... merci mille fois !!

Si tu penses que c'est suite à une manipulation, tu peux faire une restauration système à une date antérieure au problème.

la solution 1 et 2, j'avais essayé . mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux pas formater les clés et cartes de stockage : disque protégé en écriture;.
Pour la solution 3 , je ne trouve ni " éditeur de stratégie locale" en copiant l'adresse dans la barre de recherche , ni "accès au système de stockage" dans le menu système.
J'ai téléchargée et lancé "autoriserEcriture" mais ça ne change rien.

Ca peut-être une infection.
Télécharges USBFix sur ton bureau :

Branche tous les périphériques à ton PC (DD externe, clés USB, etc) sans les lancer. L'Autorun doit être désactivé.
Clique sur l'icône qui se trouve sur ton bureau (exécuter en tant qu'administrateur) et une fois ouvert , clique sur Suppession.
Le menu démarrer et les icônes vont disparaître.. c'est normal.
Le nettoyage va prendre quelques minutes... Appuie sur OK sur la fenêtre d'informations
Le fix peux avoir besoin de redémarrer l'ordinateur, un message t'en avertit, tu dois appuyer sur une touche.
Au redémarrage, le fix se relance... laisse l'opération se terminer.
A la fin, poste le rapport ici (il se trouve à la racine du disque C)

Mets déjà Windows à jour :
Ouvre Internet Explorer, clique en haut sur Outils puis Windows Update et télécharge les mises à jour prioritaires.

J'ai lancé la mise à jour.
Je vous ai renvoyé le rapport en plusieurs fois.
Par contre, j'arrive à transférer de la musique sur mon ipod via itunes, qui est branché pourtant en usb.... C'est à n'y rien comprendre !

Tu peux poster le rapport USBFix dans le Forum ici ?
Ensuite télécharge Autorun Virus Remover sur ton bureau :
https://www.cnetfrance.fr/telecharger/windows/
- branche tous les périphériques
- ferme toutes les fenêtres
- puis lance l'outil Autorun Virus Remouver en cliquant sur Start
- Une fois terminé, redémarre ton PC

Mais après les mises a jour, un vérification complete par l'antivirus, ce matin, ça refonctionne ... apparement (imprimante, carte sd et usb) !

Je pense qu'il doit y avoir une option à changer sur l'ordi, mais je ne vois pas quoi . J'arrivais à imprimer en début de semaine, et là plus rien. Je comprends pas .
